Delivery time
We prepare orders for dispatch the same day whenever possible. Germany: 2-3 working days. Rest of Europe: 3-5 working days. Worldwide: 5-10 working days.
Shipping costs
Germany €4.90, EU and rest of world €11.90, USA and the Americas €27.90. Shipping is free worldwide on every order over €140.
Cash on pickup in Berlin
Inside Berlin you can collect your order in person and pay cash. We contact you within 24 hours to agree on the place and time.
Returns
Return any unused item within 14 days of delivery. Start your return on the returns page and we send you a free DHL return label.
Packaging and environment
We pack in recyclable materials and throw nothing away — flawed pieces are repaired or reused. If anything is wrong, write to us and we fix it immediately.
