Returns & exchanges with DHL
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition. Returns inside the EU are free with DHL.
1. Request the return
Send your order number (AK-…) to our shop email within 14 days and tell us which items you want to return.
2. Print the DHL label
Within one working day we send you a ready-to-print DHL return label, or a QR code you can scan at a DHL point.
3. Hand in the parcel
Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label and drop it off at any DHL Paketshop or Packstation.
Your refund
Once the parcel arrives and is checked (2-3 working days) we refund you with the same payment method.
Custom-made or personally embroidered pieces, as well as used or damaged items, are excluded from the return policy.
