Bisan Kaleidoscope Colourfull Over Black Kufiya Made in Palestine - Original Keffiyeh Traditional Shemagh Keffiyeh Handmade Headscarf
Original Hirbawi
Represented in vibrant blue, yellow, green, and purple, the city of Bisan (بيسان), Canaanite for “home of gods”, resides at the junction of the Jordan River and luscious Jezreel Valleys. Though the indigenous Palestinian population were forced to flee the town during the Nakba, memories survive of a city famous for its water springs, green fields, and banana plantations, the lively cinema, the bustling train station, and the first Palestinian agricultural high school for girls, and so too remains the dream of return. This authentic keffiyeh, a traditional Palestinian shemagh made in Palestine, keeps the hope of return alive and reminds us of the enchanting city of Bisan. - Please read before buying Our Kufiyas come from the last factory in Al-Khalil (Hebron), West Bank – the last place in Palestine still making real keffiyehs by hand. Most have the original Arabic label, some a mix with English, and a few might come without one — the makers work day and night and sometimes just forget. Each Kufiya is handmade, so small differences in tassels, weave, or pattern make every piece special. If the label matters to you, send us a quick message before you order – we’ll check for you. Every Kufiya is made in Palestine with care and pride. Thanks for your support.
